Gingerbread update for the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is now available

The official Android Gingerbread update for the Xperia X10 is finally out and rolling. The update version 2.3.3 was announced about a month back by Sony Ericsson, and it seems the company has kept its word.

The update also brings in new “Facebook inside Xperia” integration, Wi-Fi and USB tethering, a renewed music app and photo widget and custom sorting in the app drawer. The update is available and can be downloaded and installed through Sony Ericsson’s PC Companion software.

Not really sure if the updates have reached India, but if someone has updated, do let us know.
